The MBIArch Post-Professional Master's Degree Program is the core of the academic program proposed by the Barcelona Institute of Architecture. The first edition of the MBIArch program will start in September 2010. The MBIArch is centered on the professional training of architects who have an interest in developing a high level of specialization in theoretical research and the practical application of new technologies and techniques of design. The MBIArch will act as an independent and pluralistic framework within which the international architectural community will be invited to debate, explore and rethink contemporary architectural analysis and output. 

The MBIArch is an international post-professional Master’s degree program aimed at individuals holding a professional degree in architecture. The MBIArch academic program requires one year of full-time study. The program is offered entirely in English.

The MBIArch is a highly demanding program, and candidates must go through an exhaustive selection process and periodic evaluations. The program will be supported by an outstanding international faculty, including members of the Institute’s Advisory Council and Board of Directors.

The 1st application deadline is March 19, 2010. The MBIArch which beings in September 2010.
